		<description>It is a good primer. He&#039;s good at getting Realtors excited to do what he&#039;s doing. It&#039;s funny to watch what&#039;s happening to him now. I have seen 2 satire video posts done by people driving in their car and pretending to be him (one here http://bit.ly/3wOJZ4 ) and one other Realtor in Langley has completely copied him - I mean completely.
