He's good at getting Realtors excited to do what he's doing. It's funny to watch what's happening to him now. I have seen 2 satire video posts done by people driving in their car and pretending to be him (one here http://bit.ly/3wOJZ4 ) and one other Realtor in Langley has completely copied him - I mean completely.
